Geographically challenged father My goals are simply to achieve a healthy lifestyle, beat the depression, avoid self destructive behaviors and become a better father.

Losing myself in the moment, the physical exertion, the body awareness as I become healthier through my activity, be it running, calisthenics, moving iron or simple yoga.

This is not a thinspo or weight loss blog. I am about Fit and healthy living. I do not advocate any destructive behaviors (with the possible exception of exercise bulemia... trying to keep that beast tamed as well). If the weight comes off as a result of healthy living, kudos. My personal views will creep in from time to time. I love looking at women and find them to be of greater inspiration to me than men, so there will be almost no photos of hot men on my blog (until I get my after photos) :p
