Wednesday FML!!!
DOMs still messing with me, not as bad, but still there. Aside from that, woke up half an hour early to go to combatives training which really turned into a fairly weak work out and I had to pay bills at lunch, so…. Get done with work around 5pm, hit the gym for my strength training, 532 for 225 DL, 195 BP, Hanging toe touches, BW pull-ups and 90 lbs snatch. Went home and changed to get back...

Tuesday DOMS
60 minutes of Calisthenics with the guys this morning. Round Robin abuse, pick an exercise, give a number, knock it out, next? 30 minutes in the gym at lunch knocking out my 532, 225 DL, 195 BP, BW PU, Hanging toe touches and 100 for snatch. Still sore as hell from Sunday but once the workouts started and endorphins flowed was good… until workout was over… FML, but it will be worth it...
